Booking Terms


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. If we have more than 30 days notice, we may be able to postpone your course to another date, subject to availability.


Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to cancel your course 14 – 30 days before the booked course date, only a 50% refund will apply, with any less notice than 14 days meaning the booking is lost without a refund.

If you are approved for a refund, transaction periods generally take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Courses on a sale offer are non-refundable.


If you give 30+ days notice then we may be able to reschedule your course booking. This is subject to availability.
